Dear Colleagues,

We are extending the early registration deadline from April 15 to May 15. Many of the people who have submitted abstracts (and papers) are from outside the US and must get a US Visa while at the same time arranging support from their institutions and making travel arrangements, so we are extending the discount deadline. Please register by May 15 to pay the discounted price of $300. Go to ISAHP registration to register.

Refunds will be given if you initially register for the dorm rooms but later change to a local hotel. See registration for other refund information.

Remember that papers are due by May 15.
