ANNOUNCING THE IJAHP AN ONLINE INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL FOR THE AHP

The first issue of the online International Journal of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (IJAHP) is ready for viewing at www.ijahp.org.

The new journal is devoted to articles about the Analytic Hierarchy Process/Analytic Network Process (AHP/ANP). The AHP is concerned with the prioritization and measurement of intangibles. It is essentially a decision-making method, based on psychology and mathematics, that provides a comprehensive and rational framework for structuring a decision problem, for representing and quantifying its elements, for relating those elements to overall goals, and for evaluating alternative solutions. The ANP generalizes the AHP to dependence and feedback. The AHP/ANP is used around the world in a wide variety of decision situations, in fields such as government, business, industry, healthcare, and education.

The IJAHP welcomes submissions on all aspects of the AHP or ANP. Articles will be refereed by our worldwide panel of editors. The journal will appear three times a year. Abstracts can be viewed by anyone visiting the site. Registered subscribers can download articles free of charge. The journal is now open for business, and. we invite you to register. You can register in any or all of the categories: User, Author or Reviewer.
